I have supported you, and used you, and offered myself willingly to you for years, and this is how you repay me:

CRAIGSLIST TO END EROTIC SERVICES

This is an outrage. An Insult. And should not be tolerated.

It is cyber ghettoizing, completely half-assed, and impotent.

Charging to list will change nothing, except harm an already victimized population…

AND if you MUST Charge, charge the CUSTOMERS not the professionals! make it hard, and de-incentivize the easy access to the class of people that were the victim.

How is it fair to subject only one section of people/services to your scrutiny? Doesn’t this make you a pimp? Does this make you a financial beneficiary of illegal sexual services? Are you at risk? Or do you simply censor out the very things that kept your CL community so active and colorful, not to mention liberated and FREE?

To do this fairly, you must also take responsibility for: products that dont work, lemon cars, romantic relationships that end badly, and any and all other services you offer and hands-off hats-off to on your site.

Interview w/ Darian of TNGBaltimore for NCSF!

darian1Darian /IL Re is on the Steering Committee for TNGB, Baltimore’s The Next Generation group. He is Poly, and has a sub primary partner. Additionally, he is a house Dom for DXSRapture DC and is a member of MAsT Baltimore. You may also see him with Sacred Mark Sanctuary.

Klawdya: Is it important to have groups dedicated to 18-35 yr olds?

Darian: I think it’s quite valuable to have a target of the age range. Most of our participants are 20-30s. WE are the future of kink, and we bring new ideas. Sometimes it seems there’s an unspoken assumption that people in their 20s don’t know what they’re doing—which many of us find discouraging. I also think there’s a comfort level seeing others in your age range as talented and skilled. I think it’s easier for a newbie to feel comfortable playing and asking someone similar to them.

Klawdya: Do you have a specific direction or goal for the group?

Darian: We’re basically about making kink accessible to people. We organize social functions and keep people informed about educational events. It’s a good place for people to get a foot in the door and learn about themselves.  I’d like to see us support more political orgs and offer a wider variety of events to draw more people into our safe haven. We want to increase awareness of the group so that anyone can use us as a stepping stone into the scene.

Klawdya: Is TNGB an affiliate of any org(s)? Or with other TNGs?

Darian: We used to be a SIG of BESS but we separated from BESS around 6 months ago– allowing us to include people 18-35, not just 21+. TNGB has collaborated with DCTNG and hopes to continue the collaboration; and although we aren’t an “affiliate” of DXSRapture we often work together. 1/2 the proceeds of TNGB parties go to a charity, and we’ve helped with some NCSF fundraisers—we are also discussing joining the NCSF.

Friday Night at 7pm is Bondage 101

Whether to learn a new skill, translate former boy scouts knowledge into something kinky, or to begin the road to mastering this demanding discipline, this basics class will teach you several usable Japanese-style ties for you to practice and build your skill set. Safety, body positions, rope type, equipment, preparation, and style will be covered in a hands-on atmosphere. With these simple tools learned you can begin to create the intricate scenes in your mind and decode the secrets underlying all Shibari tying. Bring rope (2x 30ft lengths, 1×10-15ft length)

Saturday at 3pm  SELF BONDAGE

Finding  Tight fit that’s just right!
This class helps people find the poses and ties that suit them best for all rope bondage play, and especially solo work.  Everyone is different and so this class covers all different body types and all flexibility levels.  Starting simple and working your way up to suspension, while exploring the philosophical and functional benefits of self-bondage.  The goal of this class would be to get everyone to either immobilize themself, suspend themself, or expand upon multi-tool bondage all while solo.

This class is also good to build bottom/sub concentration and endurance, and for tops/Doms who want to experience the other side without bottoming to someone else.  Geared toward a somewhat experienced audience, however all skill levels are welcome. Bring rope!

Saturday at 6pm  SUSPENSION 101

Using a Japanese influenced style, the goal of this class will be to allow everyone to be able to suspend another person.  Bring rope (appx 4 lengths of 30feet or more) and a partner, or make a new friend in class.  There will be a dynamic demo at the beginning as well as hands on instruction.  This class is for intermediate rope bondage players and up, as it is meant to build on skills already acquired.  This class will also cover suspension safety concerns, and rope variety issues specific to suspension.

Bruises from Berlin- week after!

100_01991and this one is slightly odd, since those marks were caused by hot wax, and I guess the wax was SO HOT that it left a ‘bruise’ with the drip mark in it!  I still have some residual marks from that on me now, almost a month later!!!
